The KTBA House League Rules exist to provide a safe, fair, and development‑focused
baseball experience for every player in our program.
These rules ensure consistency across all divisions while supporting the core values
of the Kingston Thunder Baseball Association:
sportsmanship, teamwork, player development, and community involvement.

Unless otherwise stated in this Rule Book,
all divisions follow the Official Rules of Baseball,
including adaptations from Baseball Canada and Baseball Ontario.

All players and coaches participating in KTBA games or practices
must be registered members of the association.
Coaches are responsible to their Division Conveners and the KTBA Executive,
and are expected to support all league functions, including team photos and scheduled events.

Any changes to KTBA House League rules require Executive approval.
